Content Provided By Third Parties
The Service provides you with access to the Internet. You acknowledge that the content available on the Internet, along with some of the content available on or through the web sites operated by Liberty, including without limitation, communications by third parties or links to any sites or resources, are created and controlled by sources other than Liberty. Under no circumstances shall Liberty be held liable for any goods, services, or content available on or through the Internet or such other sources, or for any harm related thereto, and any complaints, concerns or questions you may have relating to such content should be forwarded directly to the sources responsible.Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Right Violations: Engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary right of any third party. Obscene or Indecent Speech or Materials: Using Libertys wireless network to advertise, solicit, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available obscene or indecent images or other materials. Liberty Wireless will notify and fully cooperate with law enforcement if it becomes aware of any use of the Service in any connection with child pornography or the solicitation of sex with minors. Defamatory or Abusive Language: Using the Service to transmit, post, upload, or otherwise making available defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening material or language that encourages bodily harm, destruction of property or harasses another. Forging of Headers: Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message. Hacking: Accessing illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, equipment or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another system. This includes any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration, including, but not limited to, port scans, stealth scans, or other information gathering activity. Distribution of Internet Viruses, Trojan Horses, or Other Destructive Activities: Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan Horses, pinging, flooding, mailbombing, or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the Node or any connected network, system, service, or equipment. Facilitating a Violation of this Agreement of Use: Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software product, product, or service that is designed to violate this Agreement, which includes the facilitation of the means to spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mailbombing, denial of service attacks, and piracy of software. Export Control Violations: The transfer of technology, software, or other materials in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.. Other Illegal Activities: Using the Service in violation of applicable law and regulation, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, pirating software, or making fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services. Resale: The sale, transfer, or rental of the Service to customers, clients or other third parties, either directly or as part of a service or product created for resale. Disclaimer Of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIBERTY AND COPPID BEACH HOTEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIBERTY AND COPPID BEACH HOTEL MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT SOFTWARE DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
LIBERTY AND COPPID BEACH HOTEL MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OR THE DELIVERY OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE OR ADVERTISED THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR REGARDING ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LIBERTY OR COPPID BEACH HOTEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF LIBERTY OR COPPID BEACH HOTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, FROM ANY CHANGES TO THE SERVICE, OR FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.
YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT LIBERTY AND COPPID BEACH HOTEL ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE, TORTIOUS, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF YOURS OR OF ANY OTHER PARTY OR ANY INFRINGEMENT OF ANOTHER'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, ARISING ON, FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN CONDUCT IN USING THIS SERVICE, AND WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LIBERTY AND COPPID BEACH HOTEL FROM ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR COSTS THAT RESULT FROM YOUR CONDUCT IN USING THIS SERVICE.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR WITH ANY PROVISIONS IN THIS LEGAL NOTICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.
YOU AGREE THAT LIBERTY AND COPPID BEACH HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF MATERIAL FROM THE SERVICE, NETWORK OR SYSTEM OUTAGES, FILE CORRUPTION OR ANY OTHER REASON.
YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT LIBERTY OR COPPID BEACH HOTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL, INADVERTENT OR ADVERTENT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, AND/OR THE DISCLAIMER OF SOME TYPES OF DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Privacy
Liberty respect the privacy of all users of the Service at this hotel. The Liberty Service does not correlate the user of this service with the sites visited. We do record the email address and name for billing enquiry purposes. A log of all Liberty usage activity is maintained for system performance and maintenance purposes and system security requirements. Again, the Liberty Service does not correlate this information to individual user names. Liberty will only disclose usage information without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to guests, visitors, associates, or property (including this service), or to others.
